那么坏，中国平安保险！(China PingAn Insurance is so bad!)
中国平安保险（http://www.pingan.com/ ）seems to be a very very bad company. I have 交通意外险(transportation insurance). It also covers a flight delay. if it delayed for more than 4 hours, the company gives me RMB400.
My flight(ZH9920) was delayed and finally canceled on 28th because of bad weather. Their next they could prepare was 29th's morning flight (9:30 flight). However, I needed to reach ShenZhen at 10AM on 29th, so I asked the ShenZhen air to return back money.
I claimed for my flight delay on the insurance. They said I canceled the next flight by myself, so I couldn't claim. It is so so so strange.
1. "I didn't cancel" my flight. ShenZhen air canceled my flight.
2. ShenZhen air said I could change my flight which flight time was 9:30AM on 29th. It meant 12hours after my original flight.
3. Unless I asked ShenZhen air, they didn't prepare the next flight for me.
4. I just asked to return money after ShenZhen air canceled my flight.
5. I gave a call to ShenZhen air at noon on 29th in order to ask them to return money. It was obvious that I didn't cancel a flight and ShenZhen air didn't prepare any replacement flight for me.
中国平安保険's regulation is shown below.
责任免除
第三条 下列情形，保险人不承担责任：
（一）因被保险人自身原因导致延误或者航班取消的；
（二）被保险人在预订航班或投保时就已经知道或合理推断应该知道可能发生保险单载明的时间或更长时间延误、或航班取消的情形的；
（三）承运人在原航班起飞时间前12小时就已经公示或者通知被保险人该航班取消的。
They said I couldn't claim because I canceled my flight. What a fuck!! They need to be educated well.
I don't know why they rejected my claim. I feel 中国平安保険 is a very bad company for me.
